A few, final winter thoughts...

With spring-like days this past weekend and the forecast for the week ahead - I'm very excited that warmer weather is upon us once again...but it does make me want to enjoy a few more winter days...

A friend gave me this great book that I wanted to share with you - which captures the same thought: all about winter evenings by the fire with some good food...two of my favorite concepts...


I'm a big fan of making home-made soups and stews...However, after reading this book - I'm inspired to try some creative salads and a bunch of side dishes...
